You know there is a Toddler in the house when...

-You never know where you will find your shoes... they are definitely not where you left them!!

-Dinner time is not really about eating, but more about pouring, squishing....
-Blankie ( or Meow, or some other lovey) becomes the house's most prized possession, and when it is missing, everyone drops what they are doing to look for it!
-You never know what you will find in the bathtub!
-You read the same book over and over and over and over...
-When your preferred Pandora station is Toddler Mix.
-Your top TV shows are VeggieTales and Sesame Street.
-When a clean house becomes more of an ideal and less of an achievable goal!
-Your heart melts when you hear "I lu da" (I love you) unprovoked.
-You welcome kisses no matter how slimy, snotty or gooey.
-There is no such thing as privacy, wherever you are, they are too.
There is no such thing as ownership either. Unless it is theirs. Wait a minute, everything is theirs!!!

These are a few of the sights you will see around when there is a toddler in the house:
Two very important items, Meow and a water cup, conveniently placed on the shelf for quick retrial.
Surprises in the laundry... fortunately this time it was just a plastic spoon :)
"Baby" back from a joy ride...
with a duck and a slice of pizza!
The Green Hornet and a baby having a party on top of the xbox. This may seem odd enough as it is, but what you may not have noticed is that the xbox is turned on... toddlers LOVE buttons... :)

But having a toddler around the house is wonderful - the world is such a new and amazing place, I am truly blessed to be able to help Elizabeth learn all about her world!
