Sesame Street Birthday Party!

We had Elizabeth's 2nd Birthday Party - It was a Sesame Street theme party!! It was a lot of fun - I had so many ideas - we ran out of time before the party so I did not get the best pictures - but I think you can get the idea from what we did get!

Here were the Sesame Street Invitations
Here is our snack table - filled with a wide array of Rainbow colored fruits!!
Elmo loves his goldfish!!
Rainbow Fruit Kabobs!
This party was brought to you by the number 2!
Character Goody bags!
I made rainbow colored pennant banner to decorate and I had different stations set up around the house for the kids to run around and play at.
This was Big Bird's nest - a place to cuddle up and read books! (Because Big Bird is always reading books!)

This was Color with Elmo - the Table was covered with white paper so the kids could color right on the table!
Dress up with Zoe!! We brought out all of Elizabeth's dress up chest! (You can also see the gift table covered with a small scrap of Sesame street fabric I found on sale)

Ernie's Rubber Duckie Pond!!
The Ducks were a hit!!
We cleaned up the picnic table and brought it inside so the kids would have an easy place to eat!
Uncle Noah blowing up balloons!!
Elizabeth decided to put some of the balloons into Big Bird's nest!
Madalyn was helping!
I made a counting board - Count with the Count!
The kids enjoyed counting the objects
Snack time!
Yummy Birthday Cupcake!!
Pretty smile from Madalyn!
The juice was good!
Time for presents!

A pretty Peacock (Elizabeth's favorite animal) made by Micah, Madalyn, and Sammy

Birthday card from Grandad and Bobby! (She loved the cat!)

Everyone was ready to play with the toys!
If you look behind Micah you can see all the kids curled up reading stories in Big Bird's nest!

Birthday Easel

Grandma Sharon gave Elizabeth an Art easel for her birthday! We saved it for after the party, it would have been too chaotic to bring it out at the party.

Waiting on Daddy...
Here he comes... What does he have?
Starting to realize what it is...
What I missed in the picture was a gasp of excitement!
Coloring on the chalkboard

Park time!

We have been enjoying the pretty weather with a trip to the park!

Feeding the turtle!

Here was her "Treasure" that she was feeding the turtle - at least it was some kind of plant!
She was singing her ABC's the whole time she was swinging! I tried to get a video of it, but the swings were very squeeky and it was all you could hear on the video.
"let me see!!"
