First Pigtails
Elizabeth's first pigtails! Finally, Elizabeth has enough hair that we can do a few things with it! She loves getting her hair done, and is very patient while I try to get the baby fine hair in the pigtail! I hope that patients lasts!! lol

Coloring - outside!!
We had fun with sidewalk chalk today - Elizabeth loved being able to color on the ground! Now every time we go outside she wants to "color"!!
You can kinda see how dirty she got - we had chalk all over!! lol

Peer Pressure
The power of peer pressure has begun! I have been trying for months to get Elizabeth to go up the stairs of a slide. Today we were playing at jump mania, an indoor inflatable play place, when Elizabeth was trying to climb up the slide and another little girl came up to her and said, "you have to go up the stairs!" Elizabeth giggled and immediately ran to the stairs climbing up them! Silly girl!!! :)

Snow day!
We have gotten a lot of snow this week - I think we ended up with around 12 inches! We decided to bundle the kids up and went outside to play in the snow! It took a while to bundle, and the kids grew tired of the cold really quickly, but it was alot of fun while it lasted! Elizabeth is wearing 3 pairs of socks, 3 pairs of pants, a long sleeved Onsie, a thick sweater, a double layer coat, a hat, scarf and thick gloves! She was bundled!!

Chinese New Year at the Discovery Center
The Discovery Center had a special day with Chinese New Year activities. We went to a special show on dance.
The instructor showed the kids how to do different dance moves with silk ribbons
The instructor did a special dance for everyone, she looked so graceful! Her silk ribbons were all bundled up to look like flowers at the beginning of her dance!
She also showed us how to use special fans with silk.
We also got to see a dragon dance!
Elizabeth was mesmerized! :)
They gave all the kids their own play Chinese ribbon to dance with. Elizabeth was very good at waving hers around!!
